March 8-9, 2018 saw PHD Media Nigeria, an Omnicom Media Group company, join the POLCON family.

rawn from across the organization participated in a two-day POLCON Management Development Workshop. During the program, participants examined critical management issues affecting the agency against the backdrop of the innovative Human Edge POLCON template for management development.The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Folarin G Longe, lead facilitator, and Miss Oluwatomisin Sotubo from HE’s Advisory Se
rvices group.Mr. Longe, who is also the CEO of Human Edge, noted that “Once again, the POLCON program had shown just how flexible it was.” He expressed his satisfaction with the ability of POLCON to “seamlessly integrate with PHD’s highly conceptual approach to communications planning and media buying.”
On her part, Miss Sotubo praised the participants for the “openness to new ideas and willingness to learn” that they had
demonstrated during the workshop.
