The Role
Reporting to the CEO, the role shall be responsible for the following:
- Managing the restaurant and kitchen floors to create a seamless customer experience
- Overseeing the restaurant’s outdoor catering business and ensuring the smooth flow of orders in and out of the premises
- Ensuring that staff conduct is in line with assigned responsibilities and deliverables
- Improving service delivery and order to fulfillment turnaround times through the application of progressive management principles and practices
- Working closely with the CEO to achieve the restaurant’s commercial goals and objectives
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree-qualified in hospitality management or any related field
- Cognate experience in managing a fast-moving restaurant business catering to a discerning international and local clientele; international experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills for handling staff and customers
- Ability to work under pressure in meeting demanding quality and service expectations
