One of Nigeria’s leading media agency, has been at the forefront of efforts to build world-class brands both in Nigeria and across the West African sub-region. To help strengthen its financial management team, the agency is now seeking to recruit an experienced:
Financial Analyst
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying gaps in techniques and processes of other functions leading into financial accounting of numbers and suggest appropriate measures
- Identifying risks and long-term financial implications including viability assessments of intended corporate projects /initiatives and advising management accordingly
- Producing and collating data for variance analysis, debtors and creditors critical analysis; identifying ways and means to improve profitability through analysis and interpretation
- Working closely with the finance unit to ensure there are proper checks, controls and balances
- Maintaining a tab on all financials and reporting on timely basis
Job Requirements
- Degree-qualified in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics or any of the sciences
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ post NYSC experience with at least 2 years of which will have been in a financial consulting firm
- Possession of good leadership, strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Applicant must be proficient in the use MS Excel or related software.
