The Jobs
Head of Sales Location: Lagos
Overall responsibility for developing strategy and coordinating plans for sales and market development. Also heads up team of Sales Reps as Aquaculture Advisers. This position reports to the Managing Director
Qualification & Experience: Degree holder with minimum 5 years management experience in B2B selling role in manufacturing or service industry sectors
Chief Buyer Location: Epe/Lagos
Overall responsibility for developing strategy and implementing plans for sourcing, procurement and on-time delivery of packaging and raw materials to the Epe plant. This position reports to the Managing Director
Qualification & Experience: Degree holder with minimum 5 years management experience in B2B buying role in manufacturing or service industry sectors
Production Manager Location: Epe
Overall responsibility for planning and organizing production schedules for outputs that meet quality spec, on-time and within budget cost. Because this job oversees staff who work on Saturdays and Sundays, it has an ‘on call’ element to it. This position reports to the Plant Director
Qualification & Experience: Degree holder with minimum 3 years management experience in a similar position in a labor-intensive production environment
Plant Personnel Manager Location: Epe
Overall responsibility for administration and support of human resource programs relating to employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, health and safety. This position reports to the Plant Director
Qualification & Experience: Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a labor-intensive production environment
Quality Control Manager Location: Epe
Manages the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process stocks and finished goods to ensure adherence to established standards. Also proposes corrective action to improve compliance to quality specifications. This position reports to the Plant Director
Qualification & Experience: Degree holder in the physical sciences with minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Warehouse Manager Location: Epe
Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations for finished goods. This position reports to the Plant Director
Qualification & Experience: Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ management experience in similar position
